The JSO AC MEMS oscillator series, which is qualified according to AEC-Q100, is particularly suitable for various application in the automotive industry.

This oscillator series is characterized by a wide temperature range (AEC-Q100 grades 1 ~ 3) and its high shock and vibration immunity.

JSO AC oscillators are available in 5 different industry standard SMD packages 2016, 2520, 3225, 5032 and 7050.
